Thermoplastic Processes Expands Flexible PVC Tubing Line

Excelon Laboratory and Vacuum Tubing is an alternative product for distributor and manufacturer customers who require the R3603 formulation for the transfer of liquids and gases. In addition to providing the same product functionality, the Excelon product costs on average 30% less than the Tygon brand. Thermo focuses on delivering quality products with competitive pricing and a strong focus on customer service. The range of products available from Thermo, manufactured in the U.S., allows the company to pass cost savings on to customers across all product categories, particularly within high demand PVC tubing product lines.

Excelon Laboratory and Vacuum Tubing will be available from stock in the full range of standard sizes as well as in metric and heavy wall specifications for use as vacuum tubing. An excellent alternative to latex and more cost-effective than silicone tubing, Excelon Laboratory tubing is ideal for use in peristaltic pumps and other medical devices, and meets FDA CFR 21, Part 175.300 criteria. Excleon Laboratory Tubing is also well suited for use in paint, pigment and soap dispensing applica trash bins tions. Laboratory tubing will withstand autoclaving and repeated gamma sterilization.
